For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. — Luke 2:11

Look at everything this verse says. Jesus is a descendant of David, who was the king who kept his promises forever. He is the Savior of everyone. He is Christ, the Messiah, and the hope that Israel was promised. He is the Lord, the ruler of everything, and the boss of our lives. The real question is whether or not we have decided that Jesus means all of these things to us today. Why not let him be your Savior if he isn’t today? If he is, who do you need to share his grace with?

Prayer

Father, I’m thankful that you sent Jesus to be my Lord and Savior. Help me as I try to tell the people I love about your grace and his story. I want to tell the following people about Jesus. Please bless them. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
