At last I’m free! At last I’m free! Thank God the Most High, we are finally free! When we become Christians, we are no longer bound by the law. Through the Holy Spirit, God now lives in us. The Spirit shows us what God wants and then helps us do it. With the help of the Spirit, we can do what no law could make us do: live up to God’s righteous standards. We are set free from the power of law, sin, and death so that we can be like God and be with God.

Prayer

Kind father, thank you for all the gifts you’ve given me. Today, I want to thank you especially for setting me free from the law and giving me your Spirit. Fill me with your Spirit and give me strength today, as I promise to live my life for you. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
