Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. — John 14:6

I don’t want to be pickier than Jesus was. I do want to hear him talk, though. He tells me that he is the way to the Father. I also have to know that others have to know him in order to get to the Father. How can we not care more about those around us who don’t know Jesus as their Savior, Redeemer, Brother, and Lord? Why haven’t we read the first four books of the New Testament?

Holy God and Righteous Father, give me a heart that loves Jesus and speaks, acts, and cares about him. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
