God has done so much for us. Think about all the different ways he has blessed us. Some of us have been given money, others have been given great opportunities to serve, others have been given deep personal relationships that will last forever, and all of us have been given the promise of eternal life with him. But what are we going to do with these gifts? Will we keep them to ourselves, hide them, and hoard them? If we do that, our blessings will die, crack, and dry up in our hearts, which are already dry. But one of the best ways to thank God for his kindness, mercy, and goodness is to share these blessings with those around us, especially those who are in need and can never pay us back.

Thank you so much for the numerous, abundant blessings that you have bestowed upon my life, O LORD God, my gracious and kind Father. Dear Father, please allow me to be a channel for your blessings so that others can see your love in my actions and attitudes. In Jesus’s precious name I pray. Amen.
