Even though babies are needy, messy, and sometimes hard, their parents treat them with care and kindness. When parents don’t do these things with their babies, they are seen as dangerous and abusive. So, if new Christians are God’s new children, shouldn’t we have more patience, be kinder with our words, show more understanding, and take better care of each other?

Prayer

Father in heaven, please pardon me and motivate me. I regret not doing more to provide for those new babies in your family. Give me more tolerance for their mistakes and more passion for their struggles so they won’t feel like they are traveling alone. In Jesus’s precious name I pray. Amen.
