I’m not sure I get the meaning of “unfailing love” completely. I’m not sure I really get what it means to constantly act in a loving way, whether it involves punishment or reward, pleasure or suffering. However, I can assure you that I will always be grateful. Being grateful is simple when you have a God who is like ours.

Prayer

We are grateful that the All-Powerful God revealed to us who our Abba Father is. I’m grateful that you love me so much that you give me what I need instead of what I want or deserve. I appreciate all the nice and thoughtful things you have done for me. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
