God of comfort, I’m grateful for your love’s ability to comfort me. I want to learn how to love as you do: sacrificially, selflessly, and submissively so that others may know they do not have to earn your love, only receive it. This is similar to how a child learns so many skills from their parents. In Jesus’s precious name I pray. Amen.
