Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. — Psalm 25:4

Life may be really perplexing. As we choose the principles that will guide our life, there are a lot of options available to us. So how can we discover the ideal way—way—to God’s live? We’ll pray to God for guidance. We put our faith in him. He is our only hope. Why not thus ask him to lead us and impart to us his truth? Why not anticipate that he would communicate his will to us? He will reveal his will if our hearts are receptive to hearing his truth and if we are pursuing his way.

Prayer

Oh great God, who alone is the source of all wisdom, aid me in better understanding your will. I want to do all I can to make you happy. I want everyone to be aware of my loyalty to you, not just through my words but also by the manner in which I conduct myself. In Jesus’ name I ask it. Amen.
