The Bible tells us over and over that we are in a spiritual war with strong, bad, and evil forces . We should stay away from everything that looks bad. We shouldn’t do anything that has to do with Satan or his work. But we also need to remember that our Lord is stronger than Satan and all of his evil angels. He stays true. He won’t leave us alone with our enemy. If we let him, he will make us stronger and protect us from harm.

Prayer

Almighty God, thank you for giving me victory over Satan through the sacrifice of your Son, his rising from the dead, and his promise to come back and take me home to heaven. Please give me the strength and power I need to resist temptation and not give in to the Evil One’s lies. O Lord, I want to worship, serve, and obey you alone. All honor and glory belong to you forever and ever. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
