The fact that God is so kind and caring is one of the most amazing things about him. In spite of the fact that we may have “blown it big time,” this is still true. In fact, when we sin, God desires to forgive and cleanse us rather than condemn and punish us. When we truly hurt and change our hearts, his grace is quick to forgive, cleanse, and redeem us.

Prayer

When I do wrong, please help me see it the way you do. When I sin against you, make my heart hurt because of it. I don’t ever want to get hard or cold toward your grace. I want to never forget how much it cost you to save, forgive, and wash me clean with your grace. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
