Yes, both Matthew 19 and 1 Corinthians 7 say that some people are made to be single, but most of us are meant to be with someone else. God gives us marriage and a godly husband or wife as a gift. Prayer

Holy God, I want to say thanks for thinking about what I need. I ask you so often for what I want instead of what I need. Thank you for not doing what I wanted but what was best for me. Now, dear Father, please help me see the people who are important to me as gifts from you. In the name of Jesus, the best gift you could ever get, In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
