“What do you have going on today?” If you’re like me, you try to plan your day with prayer. You set up meetings with people for the future so you can meet their needs, listen to their worries, or talk about projects and issues. But we should always live in humility, knowing that none of our plans are worth anything unless they come from the Father.

Prayer

Holy God and good Father, please bless me as I try to figure out what you want me to do today. I know that every breath I take is a gift from you, and that every success I have is because of your grace. Please use me for your glory and show me the way you want my life to go. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
