We’ve been in the new year for a week and a half now. How are those changes and promises you made for the new year coming along? Don’t quit or give up on them, even if it’s hard to stay on track. But let’s not forget that the only real promise we have to make this year is a must: We ask the Lord where he wants us to go and what he wants us to do, and then we go there and do it.

Prayer

Holy God, Almighty LORD, Abba Father, thank you for being wonderful, holy, and powerful. Thank you for caring about me, my life, the choices I make, and the hard times I go through. Please lead me by your Spirit so I can understand your Word and do what you want me to do with my life. I want you to tell me exactly what to do. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
