God loves us. God is also where love comes from. Through the Holy Spirit, he fills our hearts with love (Romans 5:5). So how can we make our churches, families, small groups, and communities more loving? We pray for God to grow love in the people in groups, let them know we’re praying for them, and then let them know and show them how much we love them.

Prayer

Father, use me to show the people around me how to love. Please fill my heart with your love through your Spirit, and then use me to spread that love to others. Please help the love in our congregation grow, not only toward each other but also toward people who are not part of your Kingdom family. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
