Ask! So often, we’re afraid to ask for help because it would mean admitting we don’t know what to do. Seek! It takes work, interest, and persistence, which isn’t always easy. Knock! In a time when doorbells are common, this is no longer done. But God wants us to use the ASK method and bring our hearts to him. So let’s not just complain, whine, want, and want. Let’s ask our Father and look for what’s best for him.

Prayer

Waiting Father, I’m sorry that you have to listen to me whine, complain, and worry so much. You have given your love so freely. Help me keep my mind on you and your will today as I ask you to help me with the things that are on my mind. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
