Many of the things we look forward to and dream about aren’t nearly as great as we thought they would be. There is, however, one event that is even better than we could ever imagine. When Jesus comes back to take us home to be with our Father, it will be better than anything we could ever ask, think, imagine, or dream. Maranatha — Jesus, please come!

Prayer

Abba Father, I’m glad you’ve known me since the beginning of time. Thank you for making me in the womb of my mother. Thank you for sending Jesus to die so that my sins could be paid for. And thank you ahead of time for the day Jesus comes to take me home to be with you forever. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
