Owe! Tax day. Not one of my favorites. What about you? But where would we be if we didn’t have a government, rules, and laws? Even if we don’t like how the system works now, imagine if we didn’t have one. Let’s live in a way that helps others and is good for our country. Let’s also be good citizens and ask God to bless our country and bring it new life.

Prayer

Holy God, I’m glad I’m free in you and don’t belong to anyone or anything. Still, I will follow the laws of this land because I want your name to be respected. At the same time, Lord, I ask you with all my heart to heal our land and turn our hearts back to you. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
