How can I ALWAYS be happy? “Keep it simple, my child,” my dad tells me. ” First of all, joy is more than just feeling happy all the time. Joy is a deep, long-lasting sense of being in God’s grace and purpose. Second, your life is going to glory, my glory, no matter where you are or how hopeless things may seem.” In light of this amazing truth, everything else seems boring, out of touch, and meaningless.

Prayer

O LORD, please help me understand your glory and victory better. Please give my faith the strength to believe the truth about how you beat hell. Please give me your Spirit and make my life bear your fruit. Please make me happy to praise you for everything you’ve done for me. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
