Prayer

Father, help me to be strengthened by your Spirit so that I can better control my emotions, my words, my behavior, and my example. Help me kill the things that would sap my spiritual fervor and my ability to be a positive influence on those who don’t know Jesus. Make my faith stronger as I strive to treat others with love and persevere in faith in the face of adversity. In Jesus’s precious name I pray. Amen.
