We can really get into trouble with the things we say, don’t we? Particularly for those with ill intent in their hearts, this is true. A nasty person has a lot to conceal, and talk reveals a lot about who we are on the inside. However, we are once again on our own. How much about us can you infer from what we say? Does it aid in our escape from crisis or reveal our flaws?

Prayer

O Lord God, grant that what I say and think be just and pure in your sight. Give me your cleaning Soul to purify my spirit, heart, and body so that I may serve you with dignity and justice. Please give me the strength I need so that when I do speak, it will be clear that you are in command of my life. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
