The Bible doesn’t say that Jesus “had to” do a lot of things. This is important. Jesus had to come from our world. Notice that he did this so he could be exactly the same as us, his brothers and sisters. What’s up? So that he could be the perfect and trustworthy high priest who not only made up for our sins, but also died for them. Incredible!

Prayer

Thank you, Lord Jesus, for making such a big sacrifice so that I could be adopted into our Father’s family and become your younger sibling in our eternal family. Thank you for this grace, which came from your love and was done because of your love. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
