Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. — Ephesians 6:13

We must put on spiritual armor because we are in a spiritual war. We must do more than just say our prayers and read our Bibles every day. We must also learn to recognize the spiritual armor God has given us to protect us spiritually and get ready for spiritual warfare. We should treat every day, every task, and every Bible verse as if they are important because we know we are at war. The day of evil will come, so let’s be ready to stand up for ourselves with the tools and power God gives us.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, please give me the power of your Holy Spirit, make me brave because you called me to heaven, and give me the courage to be spiritually brave because of what Jesus did. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
