Have you ever been picked last? Have you ever been the person on your team that no one wanted? God chose us in Jesus Christ. Isn’t that amazing? Isn’t it crazy that the King of the Ages and his Son, Jesus Christ, love and want us? Also, we weren’t picked out of pity, but because we could make a difference. We have been picked to bear fruit that will last. Jesus has told us that we can ask God to bless our work for his Kingdom, and he will. This will help us be more productive. Incredible!

Give me a heart that is open to your work, God, and a vision as big as your grace. May the things I pray for bring glory to you, grow the borders of your kingdom, and go beyond the small things that often distract me. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
