God knows each of us by name, even though the universe is huge and full of billions and billions of stars and our tiny blue planet is just a tiny speck of sand on a huge beach. This information seems too good to be true, but it is. God has shown us his love through Jesus to show us that he not only knows us, but also cares about us and wants us to be with him.

Prayer

I appreciate your concern for me, O Great God of the Heavens, especially considering how insignificant I am compared to the rest of the universe. Even though I can’t fathom your love, it thrills me to think that through your grace I will one day meet you face to face. In Jesus’s precious name I pray. Amen.
