Seek! This is the verse’s main point. This is a strong term that describes a passionate pursuit of something in order to make it our own. The Kingdom, and the righteousness of those who live in it, is our passion, not our desire, hope, or dream. We will go for it at any cost. We shall pursue it with zeal. This will be our all-consuming work until we make it our own, or better yet, find a place to call home!

Forgive me, Lord God, for allowing my enthusiasm for your Kingdom and your character get pushed to the side. Awaken me each morning with a sense of passion for your job and your intent for that day.
