Prayer

God, I eagerly await the day of your upcoming spectacular surprise. I lean forward with the angels as I watch the clouds for my Lord and your Son’s glorious return and the welcome and respect he merits. Even though I can only see that day by faith now, I still give you praise for it. Please know that until I see you on that day, my heart’s desire is to serve you, even when my weakness prevents me from doing so as fully as I ought to. I extend my sincere gratitude and acclaim to you. I pray in the precious name of Jesus. In Jesus’s precious name I pray. Amen.
