Either he will deliver us from evil or he will enable us to overcome it. It is our responsibility to have faith that we are not alone and abandoned in the midst of our earthquakes and tsunamis.

Prayer

Holy God, I pray for those who are currently experiencing turmoil in their lives. You are aware of those for whom I care. You are aware that I care about their difficulties, which are too great for me to alleviate and too painful for me to provide genuine solace. I now ask you to bless them, be with them, and expedite their delivery. You are our only real hope, and Jesus is our only certain savior. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
