He sacrificed everything for us in order for us to understand how much he loved and cared for us. Heaven had to give up its most precious possession—God the Son, our Savior—in order for us to be adopted.

Prayer

Father, I appreciate you accepting me into your family. I will never be able to express my gratitude to you enough or repay you for your kindness, but please accept the service of my life as both my ongoing act of gratitude for your kindness and my feeble attempt to return some of the love you have shown me. In Jesus’s precious name I pray. Amen.
