We should learn how to live in a fallen and in need of restoration world as God’s children without remaining unaffected by it. Holy God, grant my government the ability to employ the taxes I and my fellow people pay for more wisely. Please assist me in demonstrating respect and honor today so that my submission to your will may be both private and public. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
