Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; — Acts 3:19

How long has it been since you last found yourself drifting away from a passionate walk with the Lord? There are times when we feel refreshed when we live for God and with God in our everyday lives. According to Jesus, if we follow him and obey what he says, he will show himself to us (cf. John 14:15-21). He will remain in us until he returns for us, and we will have the greatest refreshment of all: being reunited with him forever.

Prayer

Abba, Father, I’m giving my whole life to you today. I’m sorry if I’ve done anything wrong. Please forgive me. Please help me feel more refreshed today by making me more aware of Jesus’ lordship and presence in my life. In Jesus’ precious name I pray. Amen.
