God still sees and hears now just as he did when the Israelites were suffering in Egypt and cried out for assistance. But now, in addition to hearing due to his omnipotence, he now hears thanks to the intercession of his Son, Jesus, who is also our Savior. Jesus was present. Jesus had to deal with the threat of death as well as the agony of suffering and mockery. According to Jesus, God not only hears our pleas for aid, but also suffers alongside us. That’s why he arrived. He serves as our assurance that God is active, compassionate, and ultimately saving.

Prayer

Please be with those who are carrying a tremendous burden of misery and pain, God, Father and Savior. Some of these people I personally know and pray for.Others I don’t know, but they still need your support, courage, and grace to help them get through their difficult times. Bless them with tangible proof of your concern.In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
